📍 Where do we ship?

• We ship nationwide because impulse shopping knows no borders.
• Unfortunately, we don’t ship to the moon yet. Working on it.

📦 How fast will I get my stuff?

• We pack orders faster than you can say “Oops, I bought too much.”
• Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days (but we’re pretty speedy).
• Delivery times depend on your location and the mood of the shipping gods.

💸 How much does shipping cost?

• Standard shipping? We got you. Rates are calculated at checkout.
• Want it yesterday? We offer express shipping because patience is overrated.

🔄 RETURNS – Buyer’s Remorse? Unlikely.

🎁 Can I return my order?

• Nope. Just kidding (kind of). We accept returns within 14 days if your item is:
  ✔️ Unused, unopened, and in perfect condition
  ✔️ Still as fun as when you first got it
  ✔️ Not a bulk candy item (sorry, we can’t take back candy—you wouldn’t want that anyway)

❌ What’s non-returnable?

• Bulk candy, because… ew.
• Gift-wrapped items (because once it’s wrapped, it’s your problem now)
• Final sale items (because you got a deal, no take-backsies)

💡 What if my order arrives damaged?
That’s on us! If your package looks like it got into a fight with a delivery truck, email us at help@ultragogo.shop with photos, and we’ll fix it ASAP.
